As Time & Attendance Analyst, you will assist the Time and Attendance Systems Manager with tasks related to the implementation and maintenance of the API/GE Time & Attendance system. This includes learning how the Workday and API/GE systems operate, learning MSK policies and practices, testing and analyzing results. Create system and user documentation, provide go-live support to employees and troubleshoot issues. You will: Assist with the daily maintenance and administration of the API/GE Time and Attendance system. Provide subject matter expert (SME) assistance to functional end-users, including knowledge-transfer and troubleshooting API/GE Time and Attendance system issues. Explain and demonstrate various aspects of current, developing, and planned system functionality. Assist with the review of new API/GE releases, fixes, and updates to determine applicability. Participate in the biweekly payroll close for Time and Attendance and Workday systems. Participate on the implementation team for the API/GE replacement of all current Time & Attendance and Staffing & Scheduling systems. Assist with the testing and analysis of results. Troubleshoot system issues. Provide go-live support to employees & end users. Assist with the design, configuration and testing of the API/GE system to replace the Intranet Timekeeping System. Assist with the administration of security/roles for all MSKCC timekeepers and managers for the API/GE Time and Attendance system. Assign security/role access after timekeepers and managers have met training requirements. Conduct a quarterly security/roles audit of all users and their access. Maintain and update the Time and Attendance security/roles workbook. Develop and create system and user documentation. This includes guides for end users, procedures for the payroll department and functional specifications for system changes/modifications. Ensure that documentation is up to date and reflects current operations. Document functional issues and recommended resolutions. Support the payroll production staff with the tasks needed to process and confirm payroll for 17000 employees biweekly. Complete calculations and/or auditing of transactions completed in other areas of payroll. Run reports to ensure payroll data is constant and accurate. Address employee correspondence via email and telephone. Support the payroll production team wherever needed to ensure a clean, accurate and complete bi-weekly payroll. You have: Bachelor s Degree in Finance, Computer Information Systems or Business Degree & 2 yrs. of experience with Functional Payroll Operations In lieu of a bachelor s degree, four years of job-related work experience can be accepted.
